All investments involve risk of potential losses, including loss of principal. Past performance is no assurance of future results. Clients cannot assume that future performance of any of the model portfolios or client accounts will be comparable to past performance. Total return and principal value will vary. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss. Some model portfolios may have additional charges, including trading costs and other fees. Performance of the models should be viewed in the context of the broad market and general economic conditions prevalent during the periods covered by the performance information. Client portfolios are managed in a similar style and approach, however, client returns may be different due to inception date, timing of deposits and withdrawals, and risk tolerance differences. Index returns are unmanaged and do not reflect the deduction of advisory fees. This information is provided to you in combined form, solely for your convenience and ease of review. Please review your report, and report any discrepancies immediately but not later than 30 days of receipt of your account statement. We urge you to always compare reports you receive from IPCM with account statements you receive from your custodian. Inquiries or concerns regarding your account should be directed to your advisor or IPCM at 866-822-9880. IPCM is not liable for any errors reported to IPCM if reported after 30 days. Any oral communications regarding inaccuracies or discrepancies should be reconfirmed in writing to protect your rights. Please include your account number to ensure a prompt reply. If your objective and/or risk classification, or address has changed, please notify us immediately in writing. As it relates to Custom Allocation Programs, Iron Point is not acting in the role of the investment advisor and does not have an advisory relationship with the client.

Please note: The performance data for Fund Family Totals does not take into consideration any fees or expenses. The inclusion of fees and expenses would have lowered this performance figure. The Registration Totals and Client Totals performance figures do include applicable fees and expenses.
